These files reformat the same 18 original puzzles, not 18 additional puzzles. Each file has 5 pages: the first four sheets have 4 grids each, and the final sheet has only puzzles 17 and 18.

Choose this compact layout to use fewer sheets. Keep the original full-page pack for larger writing spaces. Puzzle numbers and the original difficulty groups are unchanged; answers are in their own matching file.

How accuracy is verified

One solution, counted

A complete search counts solutions up to two. Publication stops unless the count is exactly one for every puzzle.

All 27 units checked

Every completed solution is tested across nine rows, nine columns, and nine 3x3 boxes. Each unit must contain digits 1 through 9 exactly once.

Difficulty trace saved

The singles grader records naked singles, hidden singles, and any cells still unresolved. The trace must match the puzzle's published level.

How to print and play

Use the Letter file for 8.5x11-inch paper or the A4 file for 210x297-mm paper. Print at 100% or actual size. Each row, column, and 3x3 box must contain the digits 1 through 9 without repetition.

Print pages 1-18 for the activities. Answers begin on page 19, with two solved grids per page.

Use permission

You may print copies for personal use, one classroom, a library activity, or a care-home group. Please do not resell the files, remove the edition notice, upload the PDFs elsewhere, or bundle them into another product.
